The Cheshire Scouts were delighted to be awarded Charity of the Year 2023 for Chamboree, their international Scout and Guide Jamboree last Summer which took place at The Royal Cheshire County Show Showground.

First held in 1990, Chamboree is a four yearly Scout and Guide Camp which has grown to become one of the biggest and best in the UK.

Charly O’Brien, Programme Team Leader, accepted the award on behalf of Cheshire Scouts from Youth Federation Patron David Briggs MBE.
