Sean Noonan

Head Chef Sean Noonan prides himself on using locally-sourced, fresh and seasonal produce to create fantastic dishes. He has worked in some wonderful establishments since starting his professional career as a chef from the age of 15, progressing himself and his skills. This included taking on board a host of cooking approaches by those around him and developing himself as a hard-working and career-focused young Chef.

At 18-years-old, Sean won the Diamond Teflon Standard National Young Chef of the Year, as well as being awarded Northwest Young Chef semi final winner in 2019. At the ripe age of 22, he established himself as Head Chef of a gastro pub in St Helens, and has since gone on to be Head Chef of many prestigious venues, including the 1 AA rosette restaurant Cottons Hotel & Spa, where Sean is currently working at.

During the national lockdowns, Sean set up the Northern Food and Drinks Virtual Festival to support the Food and Drink industry. His awareness for those in the industry extends to taking part in cooking demos on Youtube and Facebook, as he believes that it’s imperative to support the future of the industry he loves so much.
