The Royal Cheshire County Show

The Royal Cheshire Show is organised by the charity, Cheshire Agricultural Society CIO. It is constructed and successfully delivered by a small team of staff and vast army of dedicated volunteers.

The land-owning gentry of the county founded the Cheshire Agricultural Society in 1838, when the Royal Cheshire Show was first held. The Show has expanded over the years to include many new attractions and now attracts up to 80,000 visitors each year.
